I have difficulty to sleep. If I sleep I’m waking up in middle of the night. When I sleep 10 pm I will wake up 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, I don’t get enough sleep. friendly reminder that your genetics spent like 1500 years starving and dying and not eating well and having diseases... so if you dont like vegetables, its probably because you didnt eat very many of them when the DNA in you was your ancestors. you probably died like 400 times over in all that time maybe more. if you think about all the deaths that have ever happened, thats like primarily infant deaths. you would have spiritually woken up just to go back to bed - which, to be fair, is a pretty understandable reaction to being alive. and mainly because a lot of people died either of diseases brought on by malnutrition, or from starvation itself
Milissa I feel all the time sadness and I feel treas. I’m someone who is emotionally that I want carry. I also have language berrie. It doesn’t what I do I’m faltrough. But I’m human it doesn’t matter even if I’m ignorant I have to feel happiness antill the death come to me. Please help foods and seplement be aspecific. In my experience, most of the time they just taste better when they're raw. Like carrots, sweet peppers, and celery as examples

I hate all veg and fruits so smoothies dont work because i hate fruit I bought a food processor and add puried veg to curry sauces because I love chips and curry I also add them to cheese sauce in carbanara I don't add too much because you start to taste them if put too much but better than nothing it's enough for me I'll never eat five a day im 33 and haven't ate much veg since my mum stopped forcing me at ten when she couldn't physically try force me to swallow them down anymore and I'm still alive I smoke so not eating much veg is not a big deal in comparison but I do hide a little in food
I eat some veggies without a problem baby bokchoy,spinach, corn,bell peppers,broccoli,onions,cabbage I’ve tried to force myself to like avocados and mushrooms naturally and I just don’t🙄but it’s fine

None of these would work for me :( What do I do if I don't like vegetables much but I also need my food warm and soft, which eliminates smoothies or roasted vegetables? Because I'm one of those people who like overcooked mushy spinach but absolutely hate crunchy cold salads.

I'm so thankful for this video. After several years of out-of-control unpredictable anaphylactic episodes, after eating foods that were fine the day before, I've been anxious about having veggies on my plate. Adding to that having an altered sense of taste due to medications and having IBS veggies are anxiety provoking for me. I need to hide them right now while I get back into them.
Omg thank goodness I am not the only one like honestly I cannot handle eating vegetables every time I try to eat them I keep on gagging them out ever since I was little I didn’t like eating vegetables and now I’m 17 and I still don’t like eating vegetables but hopefully this video will help

I chug a v8 drink for my vegetables intake. But I've been reading lately that those aren't really a substitute to whole vegetables. Green beans, corn and potatoes are the only one's I can stomach eating.

there is nothing healthy about eating plants like people have been falsy led to believe plants are full of anti nutrients they dont want to be eat hence why 95% of vegans quit due to nutritional deficiency cuasing a whole hosted of mental health issues everything they tell you about a plant based diet is nothing but misinformation its one big deception for all tense and purposes of financial lucrative gain dont just blindly believe someone like this becuase there registered dietitian
may not be the healthiest choice but I found that dipping vegetables in sweet stuff like peanut butter helps cancel out the bitterness and makes vegetables more tolerable.
I'm eleven, overweight, 130 pounds, hate myself. I absolutely hate all vegetables. There isn't a single one I like. Hate the taste, hate the texture, just everything. I can try to do a smoothie, but I'm not going to drink a smoothie every morning. I personally don't like roasted vegetables either. Not that I haven't tried them, but they don't sound appealing. Even if they're disguised, it feels like I wouldn't be getting enough veggies. And it sounds like I'd still be eating unhealthy. I'm not going against this video, but I'm just sayin these tips might not work for me. This sounds really helpful though!

Reading your comments… I think that some of you may have A/RFID. Maybe look that up. It’s a difficult thing to deal with, but a very real condition that often goes undiagnosed and untreated.
The bags have no handles because they are cheaper! That’s also why they encourage customers to bring their own bags. To keep their low prices. I don’t mind.

You can slice some veggies into chips and bake them. Not sure how many vitamins you get after baking them but I guess any is better than none.
I'm fairly sure my Asperger's is a major factor. I have quite strong senses and certain tastes, smells textures can cause quite a strong reaction. Same with other stimuli through audio and visual which tend to be a more prominent factor for people with ASD. I wonder how many people in the comments have ASD, diagnosed or not. I would love for it to be that simple in order to live a 'normal' life and be able to go out for a meal etc. it can be very frustrating and limiting.
